If we agree that a specific piece of infrastructure will be built and live by an agreed-upon date, that is what we are responsible for delivering. If it is not live by that date for reasons within our control, we keep building at no additional cost until it is.
What we will not do is promise you a revenue number we cannot ethically guarantee. Your results are influenced by your offer, pricing, market, sales process, reputation, execution, and the decisions you make after implementation.
We control the build. And we stand behind the build. Scope and delivery dates are agreed in writing before any work begins, so there is never a question about what was promised or when.

Before we meet
I examine the customer journey behind your business: your website and search visibility, your Instagram presence and positioning, your booking and follow-up process, your offers and pricing, your lead journey, and the systems connecting everything together.

Sixty minutes walking through what I found. What is working, what is leaking, what is unnecessarily dependent on you, and what I would build first.

A written action plan outlining your priorities. Yours to keep, whether or not we ever build anything together.
Audit My Beauty Business — $397
You will be asked to complete a short intake form before your call
Audit terms
Payment and refunds. The audit fee is non-refundable once paid. After your call you receive a written proposal; if you accept it within thirty (30) days, the full $397 is credited against the price of your build.
Rescheduling. You may reschedule up to two (2) times, with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
Missed calls. If you do not attend your scheduled audit and have not rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the audit is forfeited and the fee is not refunded.
Intake form. Your intake form must be complete at least forty-eight (48) hours before your call. Without it the audit cannot be prepared and your call will be rescheduled, which counts as one of your two reschedules.
Recording and marketing use. Audit calls are recorded so your written plan can be prepared accurately. By booking, you agree that your name, voice, likeness, business name and results may be used in Haus of Nectar marketing. You may withdraw that permission for future use at any time in writing.
Not everyone who takes the audit becomes a client, and that is fine. Plenty of people leave with the plan and go build it themselves. I would rather you have the map than nothing.

Good. We audit what exists first and keep whatever is working. You are not paying to rebuild things that already earn.
